Product Return Policy :

At Dhanvantary Health Care Direct Marketing Pvt Ltd, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you experience any dissatisfaction or encounter manufacturing or packaging defects, you can return or exchange the product. Customers or distributors must contact the distributor or the Company (from whom the product was purchased) within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please provide a reason for the return and return the product along with the original customer order receipt or invoice.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

How to return an item for refund or exchange:

To give you a full refund the item must be in a resalable condition, i.e. the condition in which you received it. Pack the items safe and securely, ensure the items are in a re-saleable condition (i.e. brand-new condition, in original outer packaging or equivalent). If packages are sent crushed or are sent in a bad condition, we will not be able to give you a full refund.

It is the distributor’s responsibility to fulfill the customer’s request for a refund or product replacement.

If a replacement is not requested, a cash voucher (zero BV) for the same amount will be issued, valid for 30 days for future purchases.

Documents Required for Returns:

2. Reason for Return
3. Copy of the Invoice
4. Products to be Returned
5. Send your parcel back to us at our head office address.
6. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
8. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please note: We advise customers / Independent Business Distributors to take all the necessary precautions to ensure that their parcels are sent via secure and reputable courier company.

Buy Back Policy :

* We offer a Buy Back Policy for distributors wishing to resign from their distributorship and return any Dhanvantary products in good condition, unopened, unaltered, with a shelf life of at least six months.

* Resignation within 30 days: Distributors are eligible for a full refund (after deducting any bonuses paid and reversing any BV).

* Resignation after 30 days: Refund amount will be the distributor’s cost, minus any bonuses paid, GST, and a 10% service charge.

* This policy encourages distributors to make thoughtful purchasing decisions.
