How to return an item for refund or exchange:
To give you a full refund the item must be in a resalable condition, i.e. the condition in which you
received it.
Pack the items safe and securely, ensure the items are in a re-saleable condition (i.e. brand-new
condition, in original outer packaging or equivalent). If packages are sent crushed or are sent in a bad
condition, we will not be able to give you a full refund.
It is the distributor’s responsibility to fulfill the customer’s request for a refund or product replacement.
If a replacement is not requested, a cash voucher (zero BV) for the same amount will be issued, valid for
30 days for future purchases.
